Lead Services Terms and Conditions
1. Services
Bee The Buzz shall provide some or all services, including but not limited to, those listed below on behalf of the Client (herein referred to collectively as the "Services") for projects specified below. These terms shall also apply to new programs and/or products.
· Lead Generation: Generating Mass Tort leads via various forms of media and transferring the signed retainers & all documents in the lead package via Shared Folder or email. Bee The Buzz shall deliver leads for the specified torts.
2. Terms
Client will be responsible for making payments to Bee The Buzz on all invoices for leads generated. Payments will be made via Wire, and Wiring Instructions will be furnished for any and all future purchases.
5. Return/Exchange Policy (14 days)
Items 1-3 are eligible for an exchange or credit:
1. If the information provided to the law firm does not match what was conveyed to our intake on the call (e.g., the intake mentions ovarian cancer, but the law firm is told endometrial cancer).
2. If the retainer is unresponsive after 5-7 days, then we are given 7 additional days to attempt to re-engage the client. If they remain unresponsive, an exchange or credit may be granted.
3. If the lead is not interested in pursuing the claim.
Note: These are leads/retainers, not cases. Medical records are not guaranteed and are not part of the exchange policy.
6. Ownership of Information
The Client owns the exclusive right, title, and interest in all personally identifiable and other information in connection with leads delivered by Bee The Buzz.
7. Confidentiality
Bee The Buzz will hold in strict confidence any confidential or proprietary information of Client that Bee The Buzz may acquire about this agreement (including, without limitation, Client financial information and Client customer information) and will not disclose any of such information to any third parties.
8. Client Deliverables
Client shall provide Bee The Buzz with materials necessary to execute the Services. These may include:
· Detailed lead criteria (as per Exhibit A)
· Daily status reports of leads that were sent
9. Entire Agreement. Choice of Law – Notice
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written communications with respect thereto. This agreement will be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the state of Wyoming.
All notices required or permitted hereunder may be via email using the email addresses used in the normal course of business of Client and Bee The Buzz.
